Hello! My name is Michael Nestor. I am currently a PhD student in applied mathematics at University of Colorado Boulder. You can view my resume here.

I previously worked as a research associate in Integrative Omics at PNNL doing data analysis. Before that, I received a BS in mathematics from University of Louisville.

• Periodic traveling waves in an integro-difference equation with non-monotonic growth and strong Allee effect in Proceedings of the AMS (accepted) (2022).

While at PNNL:

• PlexedPiper, a proteomics data analysis library written in R.
• Temporal dynamics of the multi-omic response to endurance exercise training across tissues (pre-print) (2022).
• Proteomics and phosphoprotoemic measurements enhance ability to predict ex vivo drug response in AML in Clinical Proteomics (under review) (2022).
• Utilizing proteomics and phosphoproteomics to predict ex vivo drug sensitivity across genetically diverse AML patients (pre-print) (2021).
• Endurance training reprograms the white adipose tissue proteome of rats in a sex-specific manner in Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise (2021).
